Accounting Admin Assistant
Recruiting Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support one of our manufacturing clients in Florence, SC. This mid-level role includes a mix of financial tasks and administrative responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, Excel-savvy, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Support with job costing and reporting

Answer and direct calls via switchboard

Track incoming sales calls and follow-ups

Handle data entry and maintain Excel/Word documents

Assist with inventory, estimating logs, and mail distribution

Greet visitors and manage packages
-
Provide admin support to HR and other departments as needed

General office duties (scanning, copying, faxing)

Backup for customer service and admin roles
What You’ll Need:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business preferred (or 3+ years of experience)

Proficient in Excel and Word

Experience with accounting systems

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

Clear communication and the ability to multitask independently
