As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the recruitment process from reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews to keeping hiring managers updated along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and track candidate progress
• Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

Responsible for operating a wide variety of machine tools, setup grinders, lathes, mills and other equipment as required. Support new tooling for new product introductions to ensure the robustness of product builds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines.
• Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production.
