Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Chemical Filling Operator for a chemical manufacturer in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a temp to hire role on 1st shift, working Monday to Thursday (6am to 4:30pm) with possible overtime on Fridays, and a pay rate of $17/hr.

Chemical Filling Operator Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and tend semi-automated filling equipment for chemical products.
Fill, package, label, and palletize finished goods according to batch instructions.
Read and follow production orders, GHS labels, and safety documentation.
Monitor machinery to ensure accurate fill levels, quality, and smooth operation.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting; report issues as needed.
Move raw materials, chemicals, and packaging supplies throughout production areas.
Extract and manage retains for quality and compliance.
Document production activity, material usage, and inventory data accurately.
Maintain clean work areas following OSHA, EPA, and internal EHS guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and daily workflow.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Chemical Filling Operator Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a chemical manufacturing or chemical-handling environment.
High school diploma or GED.
Understanding of chemical safety practices, including SDS/GHS requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
SAP and/or Excel experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong time management, reliability, and consistent attendance.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Operator (intermediate level) to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you’ll operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-precision metal blades and saws. If you're detail-oriented and confident working with G-Code, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sand and scrap surfaces and joints of articles in preparation for finishing; install hardware such as hinges, catches, drawer pulls and knobs.
Builds fixtures, displays, trellis and other wood items. Items are cut and sent to woodworkers with instructions on assembly.
Makes cut lists and builds custom wedges, merchandisers, and fillers.
Operates table saw and miter box making minimal cut for custom fixtures.
Uses various hand tools, drills, sanders, nail guns and routers.
Responsible for turning in labor and materials for projects; keeping area clean and responsible for all hand tools.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Additional responsibilities that are not required but good to have:

Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to determine measurements and specifications required to construct or repair cabinets, shelves, fixtures, and other wooden articles using woodworking machines and hand tools.

Production Technician

We are seeking a Production Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated equipment and industrial machinery to support the fabrication and packaging of customized filtration products. This role is critical in achieving and exceeding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI) goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining equipment in proper working order and supporting enforcement of safety protocols.
Conduct daily machine assessments for each workstation.
Provide coverage for operators as needed.
Maintain clean room WIP reports daily.
Execute prototypes for new parts.
Train, cross-train, and re-train team members.
Perform assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update PM plans to drive proactive maintenance.
Troubleshoot machine operation issues and assist with extraordinary maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance team.
Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by suggesting and implementing process improvements that enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory performance.
Maintain a Work Orders Log for completed maintenance actions.
Track and complete monthly maintenance action items using Excel; lead monthly review meetings to discuss updates and assign new action items.
Participate in monthly quality meetings and daily huddle meetings.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of manufacturing experience required; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
Technical degree preferred but not required (Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field).
High mechanical aptitude and electrical troubleshooting experience (required).
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, drawings, and schematics (electrical schematics required).
Proficient in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and intermediate mathematics.
Experience with measurement tools and computer applications such as Excel, SAP, and Word preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with the possibility of at least 1 hour of overtime daily
