About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced CNC Operator (intermediate level) to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you’ll operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-precision metal blades and saws. If you're detail-oriented and confident working with G-Code, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines using G-Code

• Set up machines and change tooling or saw blades

• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Complete SPC charts and perform quality checks

• Load/unload steel, maintain a clean work area

• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

• Cross-train and support team members as needed

Requirements:

• Intermediate G-Code experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts

• Strong basic math skills (fractions/decimals)

• Able to read and speak English

• Forklift certified (or willing to get certified)

• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and email
