Assistant Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment
Monitor raw materials, products and equipment for defects
perform routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment
Maintain production record
Fill in for the lead operator
Assist with machine start up, shut down and set ups

Assistant Machine Operator Qualifications:

Manufacturing and troubleshooting experience preferred.
Able to read and understand job related written forms and instructions.
Able to satisfactorily and clearly communicate orally and in writing all job related information. Must possess adequate visual & auditory acuity to safely perform job duties.
Able to work effectively in a team environment, successfully collaborate with co-workers, production leaders and other employees.
Able to lift 45lbs
Basic computer skills
Steel toe shoes required
