Production Associate 1st or 3rd shift
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce various materials, including contact solution, auto injector components, chapstick, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce materials such as contact solution, auto injector components, ChapStick, and other products.
- Follow detailed production instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Perform basic quality checks on production equipment and materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods.
- 1 – 2 years of manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
