1^st Shift – Monday – Friday, 5:30am-2pm
2^nd Shift – Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm-12:30pm

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Accurately pick customer orders
Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
Print and apply shipping labels to outgoing packages
Sort packages by destination or shipping method
Inspect products for damage or quality issues before packing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Pulling items for orders by using RF scanners
Ensure warehouses are organized and all items are stored in their designated locations
Review and maintain customer orders for accuracy

Loader/Unloader Requirements and Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is required
Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs throughout the day
High School Diploma or GED
Flexible to work overtime as needed

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

Ensure quality support of assembly halls
Review of primary and secondary Reject Tables throughout the shift
Review of Part Evaluation Area as needed

Communicate all rejected material information to customer and/or supplier contacts
Support product containments as needed
Ensure that all parts are inspected/reworked as needed, results documented, information communicated, and suspect parts are quarantined
Support the auditing of incoming materials and finished vehicles as needed by confirming adherence to OEM requirements
Support the communication of findings to customer contacts
Develop and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with customer & associates
Communicate opportunities for improvement (OFI’s) of all processes, policies and procedures
Support all 5S implementations
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following client standards and procedures; complying with all legal regulations
Communicate physical safety concerns
Suggest corrective actions as needed
Other duties as assigned

Quality Inspector Requirements/Qualifications:

Recent quality and manufacturing experience is required
Work professionally and efficiently with a team
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Comfortable consistently walking
Steel toe shoes are required
HSD/GED required

Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
Load existing programs or write/edit M & G code to meet part specifications
Perform dry runs in single block mode to validate program accuracy
Produce first article inspections and document measurements per ISO requirements
Ensure all parts meet quality specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments
Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure all oils, lubricants, and coolant levels are properly maintained
Run warm-up programs and communicate any mechanical issues to maintenance
Collaborate with the manufacturing team and report directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support (mechanical/electrical) via phone for our customers, resolving any issues they face.
Collaborate closely with customers in North America to schedule equipment service and startup.
Travel to customer sites across North America for mechanical and electrical servicing on existing equipment.
Support customers on-site for the startup of new equipment, including:
Checkout and functionality tests of Allen-Bradley (95%) and Siemens (5%) based PLC controls.
Conduct operator and maintenance training sessions at customer locations.

Promote aftermarket parts and services during visits to customer sites when necessary.

Participate in annual training sessions in Germany to stay up-to-date with new developments and equipment.

Assist in-house with customer trials, ensuring the success of new installations.

Maintain and manage test equipment and contribute to general warehouse upkeep.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required (GED acceptable).
Practical knowledge of Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues.
Mechanical aptitude, with a solid understanding of basic mechanical and pneumatic operations.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to obtain a passport (required for international travel).
Willingness to travel 35-40% within North America.
