Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

Market and sell bank products and services
Assess member needs
Maintain working knowledge or regulations and forms
Maintain working knowledge of loan processes, policies, and procedures
Perform routine office and clerical duties
Maintain working knowledge of all bank products and services
Stay current with the usage of technology to demonstrate services
Cross-sell products and services

Qualifications for the Bank Floater:

Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certificate
Skilled in the operation of a computer, operating systems, and spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Previous banking or cash handling experience
