MIG Welder – 1st and 2nd Shift
Recruiting Solutions has multiple openings for MIG WELDERS with a reputable client within the Hartsville, SC area! Responsibilities of the MIG Welder include being able to work on a production line to meet production goals, knowledge of MIG/GMAW welding techniques, and being able to work in a fast paced environment. Openings are on 1st and 2nd shift with a starting pay of $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities of the MIG Welder:
- Operate automatic welding units by joining two pieces of material using resistance welding techniques;
- Responsible for operating robotic welding equipment and various machines for production needs
- Tac weld parts together before final assembly
- Test welds with air and water to ensure no leaks are present
- Obtain parts and materials needed to complete tasks;
- Provide direction, training and/or guidance to new employees as required;
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and organized condition and follow prescribed safety rules, quality requirements;
- Wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and any additional PPE required for task being performed);
- Perform other duties and operate machinery as assigned by Supervisor/Team Leader.
Requirements for the MIG Welder:
- High School Diploma
- Welding Certificate or 40 credited hours completed
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
