Production Manager- Orangeburg
Are you an experienced production professional ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment? Our team in Cope, SC is seeking a Production Manager to lead and support production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of production associates to meet production goals

Ensure operations meet or exceed customer requirements for quality, safety, and delivery

Maintain and enforce safety and quality programs across the facility
-
Provide hands-on training to ensure consistent knowledge of processes and procedures
-
Monitor plant equipment and systems for optimal performance
-
Analyze production metrics and recommend improvements based on data
-
Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
-
Drive continuous improvement in workflow, quality control, and plant efficiency
-
Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports for leadership
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-
2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
-
Strong understanding of safety and quality control practices
-
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP systems
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems

Prior leadership experience in a high-volume production setting
