Recruiting Solutions is seeking Mechanical Technicians for a local manufacturing company in Simpsonville, SC! We offer a starting pay of $18.50 an hour, and are seeking individuals with a mechanical aptitude- that are open to training.

This job will require you to have a basic understanding of mechanics, blueprints, and assembly. If you have a passion for building cars or machines/equipment this would be a great place to start!

Mechanical Technicians Requirements:

• Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers will work with electrical and mechanical equipment utilizing hand tools and blueprints
• Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers will disassemble, troubleshoot, repair and reassemble equipment that does not pass test according to blueprints
• Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers will maintain assembly and test equipment according to blueprints
• Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers will move material to and from a workstation by hand or using equipment
• Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers will adhere to all safety rules and procedures and maintain good housekeeping

Mechanical Technicians Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with assembling and disassembling equipment according to blueprints
• Ability to plan work procedures, determine hand tools and operation sequence, etc., in order to establish the most efficient manner of utilizing materials, equipment and blueprints
• Ability to work in conformance with engineering and quality specifications, blueprints, and lean manufacturing principles.
