Maintenance Technician
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturer of nonwoven fabric solutions in Simpsonville, South Carolina! This role offers competitive starting pay of up to $35 per hour dependent of experience, as well as a range of benefits that you could be eligible for such as healthcare, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance!

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues and replace/repair components
- Operate various hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in line with safety standards
- Participate in a hands-on technical test during the interview process
- Train on 1st shift (8AM–8PM) and move to a 2-2-3 night shift schedule (8PM–8AM)
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment uptime and reliability
Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Mechatronics or related technical field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills required — Siemens experience highly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in high-heat and physically demanding environments
- Preferred certifications: CMRT, OSHA 10
