Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking motivated Coater Operators to join a fast-paced industrial environment. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor coating equipment to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Perform basic mechanical adjustments using tools such as Allen keys, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
Use touchscreen controls to make machine adjustments as needed.
Complete basic computer data entry, including inventory numbers, weights, and sheet counts.
Read and interpret tape measures accurately and perform simple math calculations.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area, including working with liquids and cleaning machinery.
Work safely in a loud, non-climate-controlled industrial environment.

Requirements:

Good hand-eye coordination; must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot or make small adjustments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production setting.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Willingness to get dirty and perform physical labor as part of the daily routine.

Preferred Background:
Ideal candidates may have experience or familiarity with:

Farming, construction, textile, steel, corrugation, or mechanical work.
Using tools, reading tape measures, and performing basic maintenance or repairs.
Sports or other physically demanding team activities that build discipline and teamwork.
