Manufacturing Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive headliners using hand tools and machinery
- Load and unload materials onto press machines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and PPE standards
- Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products
- Identify and report equipment or production issues to maintenance
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift
- Team-oriented and dependable
