1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

Assemble automotive headliners using hand tools and machinery
Load and unload materials onto press machines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and PPE standards
Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products
Identify and report equipment or production issues to maintenance
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift
Team-oriented and dependable
