Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support extrusion operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our production equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining extrusion machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion equipment and related systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement timely repairs.
Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in extrusion or plastics manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.
Must be able to work first shift and be available for occasional overtime or emergency repairs.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods may be required.
