Recruiting Solutions is immediately hiring Production Associates in Simpsonville, SC! This position offers 10 to 12 hour shifts and is a true temp to hire opportunity! This position is ideal for someone who loves overtime and is looking to further their career with a great company!

Production Associates Benefits:

10-12 hour shifts!
1st shift 5:30am-4pm
Monday – Friday , some Saturdays
Temp to hire opportunity
Growth and advancement opportunities
Steel toed shoes required

Production Associates Responsibilities:

Production Associates will assist with assembling cable trays
Will operate a dye press machine
Reading and following work orders and SOPs
Loading and unloading aluminum and some steel material
Lifting no more than 35lbs
Ability to do PMCs on machines and read maintenance manuals
Mathematical aptitude

Production Associate Requirements:

MUST know how to read a tape measure
Ability to bend, lift, and twist throughout shift
Must have mathematical aptitude
Ability to meet production goals
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Required to stand for 12 hours
