Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a client in the heart of downtown Greenville, SC. This is a direct-hire position with competitive pay and benefits. This position also offers a range of benefits that an employee may enroll in including health and dental insurance, PTO, holiday pay, continuing education as well as a retirement plan! The schedule for this role is Monday-Thursday 7a-4:30p.

Dental Hygienist Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care in a calming, empathetic manner
Assist in diagnosing dental conditions using digital X-rays and other technologies
Maintain meticulous documentation of dental records and treatment plans
Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless, spa-quality patient care
Ensure treatment areas are sterilized and stocked, adhering to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere that supports our relaxing, patient-first philosophy

Qualifications:

Active South Carolina Dental Hygiene License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with digital charting and X-rays
Passion for patient care and creating positive experiences
