Sarah Lovejoy

Sarah currently serves on the Operations team at Recruiting Solutions as the Manager, Operations Support. She began her career with Recruiting Solutions in February 2018 as a Recruiting Specialist at the Florence branch. Her strong performance and leadership quickly led to a promotion to Recruiting Supervisor at the Columbia branch, where she spent nearly three years before stepping into her current role.

Throughout her time with the company, Sarah has successfully recruited for both office clerical and industrial positions, consistently building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. Now, as a member of the internal operations team, she is focused on process improvement and operational efficiency to better support Recruiting Solutions’ services and teams.

Before joining Recruiting Solutions, Sarah earned a degree in Elementary Education and spent five years teaching Kindergarten through 2nd grade, bringing a passion for communication, organization, and people development into the staffing industry.

Fun facts: Sarah loves hitting the slopes to snowboard, baking anything sweet, and getting lost in a good book.
