Abby Kinard

Abby Kinard joined our Columbia Operations team as a Recruiter II in January 2025, where she assists in finding quality talent across the Midlands. She prides herself on finding not just any fit, but the perfect match for both the job seeker and the company alike. She enjoys helping candidates break into new fields and find their long-term career path. Her passion for the staffing industry is fueled by watching employees succeed and flourish through their hard work! Equally, she finds it exhilarating to create and execute recruitment campaigns for large-scale ramp-ups.

Abby brings 10 years of staffing industry experience, serving in various roles—from recruiter to National Account Manager. Most recently, she served as a Regional Recruiting Manager for Southeast U.S. operations. She has supported everything from local small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Abby specializes in areas such as light industrial, finance, and office professionals. She particularly enjoys how fun, dynamic, and fulfilling the staffing industry is.

Abby graduated cum laude from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, where she and a teammate competed on behalf of the university and placed first in the National Collegiate Sales Competition. This achievement paved the way for her career path in the sunny South, where she has found her new home.

Outside of work, Abby loves to explore new areas, spend long days on the lake, and soak up all the time she can with her loving husband and one-of-a-kind daughter.
