Britney Holmes

Britney Holmes joined our Greenville team as a Recruiter I in October 2025. In her role, she supports the recruiting efforts for high-volume, light industrial positions. Britney thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys connecting with new people, learning their stories, and helping them discover meaningful career opportunities.

She brings prior experience as a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator from an in-home care company, where she was responsible for attracting and onboarding compassionate caregivers dedicated to serving others. In 2023, Britney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shepherd University in West Virginia and proudly holds the distinction of being a first-generation college graduate.

Outside of work, Britney enjoys traveling, reading, attending music festivals, and spending time outdoors—whether she’s exploring nature with her dog, fishing, or tending to her growing plant collection.
