Lindsey Radcliff

Lindsey Radcliff joined the Florence team as an HR Intern in December 2024. In the office, I assist in learning the core values of what an RS recruiter does. I have the opportunity to review resumes and conduct prescreening to ensure candidates meet qualifications. I also perform drug screens for scheduled candidates.

Before joining Recruiting Solutions, I worked at CVS as a shift supervisor and cashier, where I was known for my strong work ethic and dedication to both the store and its customers. Now, I bring that same commitment to success to my role here. While I may not have extensive experience in recruiting, I have always been interested in the field. I look forward to applying my customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills along with the knowledge gained from my previous roles to contribute effectively to the team. I attend Francis Marion University, where I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Business. I am set to graduate in May 2025.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also love playing basketball and painting.
