Steffani Hills

Steffani joined the Columbia branch in August 2025 as a Recruiting Specialist. She greets every candidate with an energetic smile while managing a high volume of phone calls. She clearly explains what is expected and required to schedule each candidate for a successful career. Steffani coordinates professional communication to recruit and onboard new employees and demonstrates a genuine passion for helping others find their place in the workforce.

She brings to our team an upbeat personality and a strong drive to help others achieve their goals. Before joining Recruiting Solutions, Steffani earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from USC and enjoyed floating, fishing, hiking, and helping turtles cross the road. A Southern California native, she has planted roots in beautiful South Carolina and looks forward to growing with our team.
