Part-Time Executive Assistant – Real Estate- Hybrid Role
Our client is a rapidly growing small business owner seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a long-term, part-time role offering 15–20 flexible hours per week, with the ability to work partially from home. One in-office day on Tuesdays is required, as this is when the team meets to stay aligned.
Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping tasks, including paying bills and taxes

Support payroll administration through Gusto

Assist with QuickBooks entries

Oversee basic website updates through GoDaddy

Provide customer service support via phone and email

Help manage marketing efforts, including a VRBO property listing

Support renovation and property flip projects; P&L familiarity preferred

General administrative duties as needed to keep operations efficient
Preferred Experience

Previous executive assistant or office management experience

Strong bookkeeping skills; QuickBooks proficiency required

Customer service background

Marketing or short-term rental experience (VRBO/Airbnb) is a plus
