Financial Analyst
We are hiring a Financial Analyst in Columbia, SC to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate product costing and verify master data and calculation methods.

Prepare production efficiency reports and analyze variances; identify root causes and recommend actionable solutions.

Support monthly financial close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and production-related settlements.

Collaborate with value stream managers to assess new standards, margins, and inventory revaluation.

Assist in calculating inventory reserves and processing write-offs.

Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to analyze COGS, labor, overhead, and inventory.

Provide insights into pricing, profitability, and margin analysis across products, SKUs, and accessories.

Conduct cost accounting and product lifecycle analysis to track manufacturing costs, raw materials, and compliance-driven overhead.

Extract, validate, and analyze financial data from SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI).

Present financial insights to management to support strategic business decisions.

Drive process improvements through cross-functional projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Proficiency with SAP (FI/CO, cost analysis, reporting) highly preferred.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of standard costing and manufacturing operations preferred.
