Recruiting Solutions is hiring a Welder for a manufacturing warehouse in the Orangeburg, SC area! Pay is based on experience and knowledge. Typically starts around $20+ per hour, with opportunities for increases and career advancement. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional Fridays as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Fabricate and manufacture aluminum parts for later assembly
Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
Produce strong, clean welds
Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds
Preform fixture/jog change overs as required.
Repetitive loading / unloading of fixture and/or jig.
Perform work as assigned by Production Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

1+ years experience in aluminum welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals
Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols
High School diploma or equivalent
