Payroll/HR Admin
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll/ HR Admin to join one of our clients in Florence. The Payroll/ HR Admin will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll while supporting general HR duties.
- Review timesheets, wage calculations, and employee records for accuracy; update payroll systems as needed.
- Use and navigate Paycor to manage payroll workflows, employee records, and reporting functions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork and maintaining required documentation.
- Schedule onboarding appointments and assist employees with general HR-related questions.
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain knowledge of wage and tax laws.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, maintain employee payroll records, and handle payroll-related inquiries.
- Generate payroll reports for management and assist with year-end tasks, including W-2s and 1099s.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of relevant Payroll/HR experience.
- Proven payroll processing experience with strong knowledge of Paycor or similar systems (ADP, Paychex).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
