Temporary Human Resources Coordinator
We’re looking for a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to support our client during a busy hiring season! This 6-month role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting people with opportunities.
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the recruitment process from reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews to keeping hiring managers updated along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and track candidate progress
- Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate updates and timelines with both candidates and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Details:
- Type: Temporary, Full-Time, Onsite
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Location: Orangeburg, SC or Walnut, MS
