Recruiting Solutions is seeking a reliable Paint Associate to join our 1st shift manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in applying paints and coatings to parts or components, ensuring a consistent, high-quality finish that meets production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking before paint application

• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or other tools

• Inspect painted products to ensure quality standards are met

• Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools

• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in manufacturing or painting is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
